Ancestors of my Mother bought a parcel of land in NW Iowa in 1906. Since the early 1930’s it has been farmed by a series of tenants. Just about a year ago the remaining family (one in Wisconsin, one in Minnesota, and one in Pennsylvania) decided that we wanted to sell the acreage. Very well, but how to accomplish that?
