Warm weather this past week helped crop development. Most corn has emerged with good overall population. We have noticed some uneven stands of corn due to the cool weather during emergence. Soybeans are emerging now, and they should have good stands especially if they catch a rain. We were hoping for a good rain over the weekend, but most of our Northwest region received less than ¼ inch.
