Stalcup Ag Service is a leader in applying soil conservation practices on farms under its management. The company was among the first to install push up and narrow based terraces on Northwest Iowa farms. Over the years, Stalcup Ag Service and individual managers have been recognized for their dedication to soil conservation and have won numerous awards as a result.
Farm Manager of the Year:
The Stalcup Ag Service team was the recipient of the “Farm Manager of the Year” award at the 1994 annual convention of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers in Reno, Nevada. This was the first time the award was issued to an entire management team for its dedication and outstanding service to its clients.
Stalcup Ag Service farm managers and appraisers are all accredited or working toward accreditation by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA). Every Stalcup Ag farm manager and appraiser is required to become accredited as soon as possible. The titles Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) and Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) are awarded to individuals who meet stringent requirements.
